Dehumanization is horrible and no novel displays this better than Night. This novel, Night by elie wiesel was published in 1960. This book is about the holocaust. I’m going to talk about something that is always shown in Night, dehumanization. Dehumanization is the process which the Nazis gradually reduced the Jews to little more than “things” which could easily be gotten rid of in terrible ways with no remorse. There are a few specific scenes in Night where it shows dehumanization to Elie, his father, and other Jews. From the way they crammed all the Jews in the train to beating Elie and his father.
