Examples Of Equality And Diversity In A Care Home
There is a variety of cultures and groups of people which are from different ethnicities, they should all have the same rights and opportunities which in order to give them the fair chance of succeeding in life. For example in a care home there is a service user that might have disability problem and they might have a different treatment from others that are around them, they will need a professional or the facilities that are suitable for them.

This is when an individual or organisation shows fairness and do not exclude people based on certain aspects. They are given equal rights, treatment and opportunities so that they have the same fair chance at gaining success in what they try. A specific example is where facilities may have to improve
