The kids don’t think that the homeless are even human, using implicit bias in order to not feel bad when they beat them up. When the actors started to beat up the fake homeless person, the people didn’t step in just because of the kids, they did it to protect to homeless person. The people who stepped in aren’t biased, they just don’t want the homeless man to be hurt.
During one episode of WWYD, they did kid on leashes tied to a pole. Many pedestrians didn’t know that it was all an act, and were furious that the kids were tied to a pole outside. They confronted the “mom” and said it was totally wrong to do such a thing. They didn’t care what race or nationality she was, it was still wrong to them. This shows that they have no Implicit bias. People got even more mad when she tied the kids to a pole and took a dog inside the store, implying that she didn’t care about the kids, only the dog.
