Julius Caesar was born on July 12, 100 BC, and was assassinated by many Roman senators near the theatre of Pompey on the Ides of March, on March 15, 44 BC. Achity explains his assassination by stating that “In the Senate chamber, Antonius is drawn to one side. Then the conspirators crowd about Caesar as if to second a petition for the repealing of an order banishing Publius Cimber. When he refuses the petition, the conspirators attack him, and he falls dead of twenty-three knife wounds” (Atchity 7). A dictionary definition of a leader is a guiding hand in a movement or group. My definition of a leader is someone who stands out amongst the rest and steps up to the task and helps the “followers” advance and strive to become a leader as well. The only way a leader can be effective is by leading by example. A prime example of this is Malala Yousafzai. She was shot in the face for trying to go to school. If she hadn’t gone to school she wouldn’t have been shot, but she also wouldn’t have a Nobel Peace prize. She is now using her story to speak for access to education for everyone. A leader is someone who leads by example and uses their skills to help others succeed.…

The four conspirators who were in charge of the assassination of Julius Caesar had many reasons for their attack and desire to kill the emperor of the Roman Republic. The four men that came up with the plan to assassinate Julius Caesar were not enemies of him, and had different beliefs on why they should kill him. The first two conspirators, Gaius Trebonius and Junius Brutus Albinus, both having a friendly relationship with Julius Caesar, had both served and fought with Caesar, but both men believed they had not been given the credit the deserved for the work they had done for him (Wasson). The other two conspirators, Gaius Cassius Linginus and Marcus Junius Brutus did not have the same relationship with Caesar as the first two did. Both of these men had fought and served for Pompey (Wasson). Organized crime can be broken down into two basic models. One being the bureaucratic model, and the other being the patron-client model. These two models have some things in common with each other, and they also have a few differences. The big similarities is that the bureaucratic model uses a strict set of rules to run their organization by. The patron-client model does not have such a strict set of rules, but instead they have a set of values of traditions. This in turn gives them a similarity because it builds a network where there is a sort of rank structure.
