In the statute of frauds in some cases the court will require to show more evidence than just a verbal agreement of a contract that was agreed upon. They need other proof like a contract in writing. Here are ways that writings can avoid fraud
1. The person who takes over the estate of someone who died is responsible for the debt.
2. A person or party has fulfil the contact by accepting the terms and be responsible for the amount owned if not done they fail repay a debt owned.
3. Some contracts involve other valuable items such as land or property.
4. In bilateral contracts if a person or party has not fulfilled their part of the contract it is possible that the action will not be performed within a time frame.
