INTRODUCTION

Everyone has a dream to succeed in their lives. To succeed, we need someone who can inspire and motivate as a tonic achieve success. Young entrepreneur’s figure who inspired me is Datuk Wan Mohamad Salleh Sani. This man is managing Director Sani United Sdn Bhd and owner of the Sani Express bus operation successful indigenous.
Who would have thought starting a career as a singer has become an express bus operators indigenous successful .Datuk Wan Mohammad Sani has gained wide recognition among others was announced by Trade and Operators Association Malaysia (Perdasama) as Young Entrepreneurs in Figure 201.
History of involvement in the business world begins to dream of his since the adolescent wants to be a businessman. Sparked the idea for a network of express bus after regular commute from Kuala Lumpur to Terengganu. He bravely took up the challenge with enthusiasm and determination to show the challenges in the areas of intense competition and the risk is high enough.

Dato Wan Mohammad Sani Salleh is young entrepreneur that successful in Malaysia (38-year -old man) with a Diploma in Business Management University Sunway College is among the artists cum entrepreneurs succeed in business.. Conferred the Dato Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) by Sultan Ahmad Shah, who carries the title Dato in 2009 , he is currently the managing director of SANI United Sdn Bhd ( SUSB ).
Previously Dato Sani Starting a business with open repair workshops. In 2003, Dato Salleh set SUSB with 2 other partners who withdrew not long after the cause Dato Sani had to take a risk with an employee and only in 2006 did witness SANI Express is on the road with 6 buses . Now that seven years have passed SUSB have over 150 employees and has a 3-storey building itself Wisma Dato ' Sani located in the Klang Sentral.
