Writing 4G Excellent Teacher Teaching from the past to our present day is the most important thing. Nowadays, there are many technologies that have been developed over the years. For example, we have several things that makes our life’s easier than before; all of that because of teaching. If teaching is important, as a result, a person who teaches is essential too. There are three majors characteristics that teacher should have.

The first important characteristic is knowledge. The teachers should give right information s to the students. For example, if the teacher doesn’t have the knowledge of his subject, the students can’t learn enough. When the teacher has knowledge, the students will understand better. For example, if the explanation is clear, the student will understand better. Knowledge is the key for everything especially in education. Another characteristic is commitment. Teachers must to have responsibility toward what they teach to students. For example, when some teachers don’t show to students the importance of what they teach. As a result, students will be careless in that subject. When teachers show commitment to their subject, the students’ performance will increase and become better. However, commitment is important factor in education and to our daily life. The last characteristic is to be joyful. Teachers with sense of humor make class active and enjoyable. Many students prefer a change in routine and don’t stay in one pattern. For example, if there are two students A and B. Student A has a teacher without sense of humor or teaching in one way. On the other hand, student B has the opposite he has joyful teacher and he doesn’t stay in one routine. As a result, student A will have a worse performance than student B. Joyful is an important thing in order to make students not feel bored in class and to be confident to ask questions. In conclusion, knowledge, commitment, joyfulness are the three main characteristics that teachers should have in order to be excellent teacher. In my opinion, all mentioned characteristics have equal importance no one is better than the other and when the teacher has al of them he would be great teacher.

The teaching profession has grown into a vast array of responsibilities, from meeting the students physiological needs to creating dynamic lessons for attainment of knowledge with high stakes testing. With the subtraction of the politics within the educational system, teaching is one of the fundamentals within human existence and future preservation. Effective and highly effective teaching encompasses the developmental understanding of the student brain. These characteristics include being: caring, timely, and encouraging. When I think of the teachers that have had the most impact on my education, all of them have most if not all of these traits. I expect a professor to be caring. I know that professors are extremely busy and have a huge variety of students, however; I believe a professor should attempt to care not only about the academics of their student but about the student as a person as well. Knowing that the professor cares about me as a person allows me to ask for help with ease. Part of being a caring professor also means being available and accessible if a student does need help. University of Wisconsin-Whitewater allows students to get extra help from their professors with ease by establishing office hours. I expect the professor to be available during their office hours and to reply to emails if questions are asked. A professor being timely is another characteristic I believe is essential. Nothing is worse than handing in a paper and then waiting two to three weeks to get feedback on it. As a type A personality, I worry about my grades more than I’d like to admit. Being an encouraging professor is also vital. If a professor is encouraging, the students are more likely to succeed. My favorite type of classes occurs when the professor creates an environment in the classroom where every student’s opinion matters. This type of environment allows for…

Teachers are the ones that pass the knowledge over to the students and they utilize different way of presenting the given material. According to Jupp (2012), “Teachers make thousands of decisions each day, and they don’t do it about abstract ideas. They do it about a life of a child. You can’t imagine anything harder.” For instance, some teachers bear this in mind and manage to create a friendly atmosphere which gives the students the needed motivation for seeking knowledge, whereas some teachers are not so proficient. The reason for this can be the lack of motivation of the teacher, because there are many teachers who evolve in this profession only because there was nothing else to do and their interest is simply based on earning money. Their goal at the end of the class is a finished syllabus, not passing knowledge. Students find this kind of…
