Executive Branch Vs Judicial Branch Essay

During our history, we have been hearing rumors about the U.S way of government and their constitution. Critics of the American government have claimed that our constitutional system of “separate institutions sharing power” is too bulky and unwieldy to work in the modern context, and a more efficient government is needed. Those people have to know that a system that has been working right for so long time will keep working right not matter what modern context comes to us. Therefore, it means that we have a very efficient government. Critics have to understand which are our institutions of government and why they are separated by the Constitution, how these institutions share power, and why the Founders elected to use this exact system of government and not others.
Those separate institutions have individual jobs which were divided by the constitution. The Legislative Branch have two house of congress which are; the Senate and the House of Representative. There are two senates for each state. This branch is in charge of pass federal law, establish lower, appropriations control, federal approves heat and presidential appointments. The Executive Branch is represented by the president of the United States of America in the white house. The president is in charge of enforcing laws, commander in chief of army forces, makes foreign teddies, propose the law and appoint for the supreme court justice and federal court of Judges. The Judicial Branch is represented by the member of the supreme court.
