Within the Executive Branch, it's power is within the President of the United States to act head of state and commander in armed forces. The President enforces laws written from Congress and appoints the federal agencies,
included the Cabinet. The Executive Branch also employs more than 4 millions Americans. That sounds like a lot to me, considering the fact if the need arises both men and women can be drafted. Regardless, the president has power to negotiate, sign treaties, sign for laws, veto bills, extend pardons and clemencies. What I do not understand is the fact the President is not actually elected by the people. " November of every fourth year, the people elect the members of the Electoral College. Apportioned by population to the 50 states — one for each member of their congressional delegation (with the District of Columbia receiving 3 votes) — these Electors then cast the votes for President. There are currently 538 electors in the Electoral College. " What I would change just in this is that everyones vote would matter. We all vote for our future President, and I honestly do not want Hillary or Trump but out of the two, I'm forced towards Trump.
