1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The choice to expand into the custom shirt market is likely to increase profitability for the Executive Shirt Company by 25%, if Ike’s process plan is implemented as per the case data. However, with a slight modification Mike’s plan could become slightly more profitable (30%) – with an alternative approach to utilizing the old-cutting machine.
