1. The report is due on Wednesday, but we’re flying back from Miami that morning. I told the project manager that we would be able to get the report to her later that day, but she instead suggested that we come back a day early to get the report done on time. I informed her that unfortunately we would not be able to arrive a day early, as we have meetings to attend until our flight took off. To solve our dilemma we then emailed our contact, who let us know that he would need to talk to his boss about the matter. His boss said that the project could afford a delay, as long as they wouldn’t have to make and edits or changes to the file. She allowed us some extra time and our new deadline is next Friday.
