1. INTRODUCTION
Chronic diseases were the cause of 60% of the 59 million deaths around the globe in 2004 (WHO, 2009). A British Heart Foundation survey found that Cardio Vascular Diseases are the main causes of death in the UK totaling approx.180,626 in 2009. It was calculated by Oxford University 's Health Economics Research Centre that Heart disease alone will cost the UK
