For me, sending the children to school is only secondary. For me the primary persons to educate children is the parents. It begins in the house that the children are given knowledge of things that they may encounter in their daily living. The parents should be the first one to teach them the “basics”. In the house they should be taught moral values. Since the parents are also teachers of moral values, they should also possess moral values in themselves. They are not good teachers if they themselves do not practice what they teach. Education is given much attention by the pope in this exhortation. He also recommends or suggests that priests have to study some important events that can be encountered in the parish about family concerns. Sex education is also important to be given to the youth in order for them not to marry in an early age. This means to do what you can to help your neighbor, fellow citizen, and country. The pope wants to remind us also to be helpful to those who really needs help. Unfortunately, the fact that can’t be denied is the help from the politicians. They help to gain votes during elections except for some who do not practice hypocrisy. Some of them give support to the poor if many are watching, if cameras are on them, and if media is around them. In Matthew 6:1-4, it says, “Be careful not to parade your uprightness in public to attract attention; otherwise you will lose all reward from your Father in heaven. So when you give alms, do not have it trumpeted before you; this is what the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets to win human admiration. In truth I tell you, they have had their reward. But when you give alms, your left hand must not know what your right is doing; your almsgiving must be secret, and your Father who sees all that is done in secret will reward you.” These politicians that shows this mentality are helping not from the heart but from the evil minds of these
