1.Considering the motivation theories, explain Caitin’s lack of motivation.

The motivation theories are having a first time teacher teach at a high school and the teacher wants to figure out how to motivate the high school children. Caitlin’s motivation lacks because she is in a new environment to where she doesn’t know anyone at the high school.She moved into a new town called phoenix with her mother so that Caitlin might be feeling over whelmed in the process of her new change. Her grade had drop to a “C” to where she is barely getting by in the history class that she is taking. Caitlin lack of motivation plays a huge part in the way that she is because of the different changes that happened in her life far as a new home and school.Daran as the history teacher he should have looked more into why Caitlin motivation isn’t on key point just like the rest of her classmates even though every student motivation is different in their own way. Daran Brown could do to help Caitlin motivation is to have one on one time with her so that he could find out how she can pull her motivation skills up to part. Mr. Daran Brown can ask the children that’s in his classroom questions about the classwork that’s in the history class because that sometimes can help Caitlin with learning and having the motivation that is needed.
