Explain Five Possible Course Of Action He Could Do.
Peters explain five possible course of action he could do. First, he could agree with the Mayo’s decision on during Wilson to decrease political pressure on the council and remain employed to improve the police department. This will cost him to disobey his ethical code. Second, if Peter decide to give the council permission to take on the investigation, this will lower his standard as a manager, and will violate his code of ethics while Wilson could be fired and unfair to him. Third, Peter could call an outside agency for an investigation, but no charges had been made against Wilson. The fourth course of action is to talk directly to the public. The newspapers support the union opinion, this will be a failure and bring more ethical issues.
