Respecting each individual plays a very important role in successfully implementing this approach. For example; in my school we do have ramps for children with wheel chairs close to the boarding and de-boarding areas. We have similar timings for TA’s and teachers. All parents are treated equally and are attended to in a similar fashion. The policies and procedures mention the need for treating each person with equality and are mentioned during induction process.
In the UAE, the local children can get admitted only in national schools, however the other nationalities have the privilege to be admitted to schools following any curriculum however cannot be admitted to National Schools.
