Lack of exercise is an important key issue to the chosen theme because I read an article that shows the the negative effects if children do not have enough exercise, this includes, a higher risk of becoming overweight in adulthood or other related weight issues which can lead to other health related problems such as heart disease, a lack of exercise in children can cause them to have weaker muscles which means that they are unable to carry out physical tasks as well compared to children who do exercise and are active and they are also at a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
