Explain Why I Want An Opcraft Rank

Why do you want this rank?:
I want this rank because I really think I can help out the server. I also want this rank because I've been looking at the rules a lot and have been trying to remember all the rules so I know how and when to punish a player for doing something their not suppose to be doing. I also want this rank because I think I am really friendly and really helpful to other people. I always make sure people are getting the best experience on opcraft and making sure they are having fun. I always try my best to record hackers on a daily so we can get rid of those people playing unequally from other people. I have a lot of experience with minecraft and being a staff on a server because I was staff on my friends server and the server
I can also assist the server because I am really friendly to other people and chat and if people need help I always try to help them but if I can't I always look for a staff to answer their question. If I get this rank I think I will be a good hand because almost every time I'm on opcraft all the staff are busy and they can't help other people with other problems because they have so much on their hand, but if I were to get this rank I think I can try to do my best and help that person if no other staff can help them. I think I am ready to become staff on opcraft because I always know when to tempban or permban a hacker, but depends on what they are using. If I get this rank I would be able to make sure the server is hacker free and make sure everybody follows the rules because if they don't and they get away with it they will keep on doing
Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban people:
Hacking- I would ban the person permanently if they are making it unfair to other players- /ban [player][reason]

Spam- First I would warn the person for spamming-/warn [player][reason]
But if they keep spamming the chat I would temp-mute them-/tempmute [player][reason][time]

Staff Disrespect- If someone disrespects a staff or me I would tempmute them until they learned their lesson- /tempmute [player][reason][time]

Advertising- If someone comes on the server and puts an link or ip I would clear the chat- /cc then I would permanent mute them- /mute [player][reason]

Indirect Advertising- If someone puts an IP to another server just so they can get people on it I would permanently mute them- /mute [player][reason]

Pornography Links- If someone puts a link in chat about PORN I would permanently mute them because we have youngsters on the server- /mute [player][reason]

Mute Evasion- If someone keeps spamming someone through /mail every though they are banned it will result to a tempban- /tempban [player][reason][time]

Leaking Staff Info- If someone gets a hold of a staff members info and tells people his info it would result in a permanent ban- /ban
