Explain Why The Barber Shouldn T Kill Torres
Opinion Essay Rough Copy The barber shouldn’t kill Torres. At the end of the story Torres tells the barber everyone thought he would be killed if he came to get his beard cut. The barber is clearly a well known man. So if he were to kill Torres everyone in the town would know its him without questioning it.

If the barber killed Torres and ran away, there is no way they would stop looking until they found him. There is no where he can hide or go. They would find him and punish him, whether that means making him repay or just killing him. Not only does the barber have so much there in town but only he knows how much he has outside of town too.

With the result of Torres being dead, there is a mess that would need to be cleaned. The barber

    In the book, being a barber is the protagonist’s profession and desire. I can connect this to myself because I have a strong desire to play the piano 6 years ago, and I continue to do it today. This shows the similarities between the story and the experience in myself, by showing the type of passion that you are interested in and doing an activity that you are proficient in.
