Explain Why The Uk Does Not Have A Written Constitution
Introduction
I will be taking a close look at why the UK does not have a written constitution, why it is important, what the pose of constitution is, why it's relevant, and why other countries have it. I will also be focusing of the ages that’s inconsistent and incoherence in relation the constitution.
What is constitution?
A constitution is an amount of rules that structures the relation between each individual citizens and how the country runs, this also includes those that’s in high power such as the government, parliament and the courts. The powers that the government has to make and to enforce the laws gives the citizens their rights and are defined by the constitution, which affects everyone.

However, some of these principles are mythical (the British constitution may be better understood as involving the fusion of executive and legislature) or in doubt (Parliamentary sovereignty may now be called in question given the combined impact of Europe, devolution, the Courts, and human rights)”.
But some have come to the conclusion that bringing in the coded constitution will contradict the doctrine of the sovereignty in parliament. Recently there have been a number of adjustments to the constitution in Britain, which slowly has been taken place without society’s discussion on a long-term decision of the changes to the elements in the constitution.
The constitution first started in 1215 and it has evolved in 31 different ways, here I have just highlighted some of the main additions to the constitution:
1215: Magna Carta established for the first time the principle that everybody, including the king, was subject to the law.
1536-42: Union with Wales
1640: Oliver Cromwell elected to Parliament for the 2nd time
1642: Outbreak of the Civil
