My focus and subject matter throughout the work process will be based on my immediate environment. I plan to focus on finding my ideas through the Internet, visiting galleries or viewing various art books, such as on Top Art. Particularly, I will zoom in on different portraitures works. Also, my choice is to experience with drawing and painting. The decision to explore my theme through drawing stems from my love of the black-and-white sketching, while painting presents more about my dynamic trait in real life. And most importantly, I feel passionate and comfortable working with both of the art forms.
My ideas comes from everywhere unexpectedly, especially when I’m browsing at professional websites art blogs or famous social network (such as Tumblr and Instagram). Every day, there are all kinds of artists who would like others to know about their creative works. Therefore they share it online, and in fact, they obviously gets my attentions. Another point in its favor is the one things I love about art is that I can receive other people’s personal viewpoints and then change it bit by bit to create my own piece of art-styles. In particular, I choose for myself the theme of emotional expression, as I wish to present how strong feelings can impact viewers throughout the design process.
