Unfortunately a power outage could halt a consultation with the provider. If the program has a glitch or is down for maintained this would also cost timely delays in care. Also online information can be hacked and therefore both patient and providers feel some resistance to have communication only through the web. I also feel it is the resistance of the doctors would be a large hurdle to overcome.
