By the end of the 1990’s, the turn of a new century, the Y2K bug hit. Computer attacks and computer bugs were yet another oversight on the part of the government, yet FEMA took control of the Y2K situation in such a manner that it was known as the most preeminent emergency management system in the entire world. Case Analysis
To begin, I previously mentioned Leadership, which is mentioned in the (D & D) text. Strong effective leadership is key not only to emergency response preparedness, but in every aspect and every part of our county. We have a system in place in which we the people elect our leaders and those we would like to be in control in the event that something as small as a fire, something that escalates into a computer bug meant to devastate the masses in a computer-based society, to terrorism on American soil, either foreign or domestic.
