For one who can’t think of a topic to write about it’s like running into a brick wall, a wall you can’t walk around or climb over or even break down without hours and hours of thinking and pushing. But even when you break the wall down and finally after hours you think of a topic to write about there’s still the main problem: what’s in the story? Coming up with the topic, to be fully honest, is the easy part of writing; it’s coming up with who, what, and where. You might have the topic but, who will be in your story? Where will your story take place and what will happen? These are the three walls you face after the first topic wall. …show more content…
The next few paragraphs are going to be about each wall a writer faces on the road to creating a story.
We’ve already talked about the topic wall so there’s really nothing more to say about it but let’s summarize what the topic wall is before we go on about the three other walls. The topic wall is just the first wall you face when coming up with a topic for your story; for some it takes hours and for others minutes. The main thing you need to understand about the topic wall is it’s not too hard to come up with a topic if you’re given topic examples or ideas-just look at this essay for example: it’s just talking about how hard it is to think of things to write about. But let’s stop rambling and finish up our talk about the other three
