Facebook Company Facebook is an online social networking service on the internet. Facebook Inc. was founded on February 4, 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates, Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes at Harvard University. At the beginning of its story, Facebook was limited by its founders to be used the website for Harvard University’s students only, but it was later expanded to some colleges and universities in the Boston area. Now Facebook allows anyone who claims to be at least 13 years old in worldwide to become a registered user of the website and it does not require any proofs. Facebook helps its users to share their ideas, opinions, pictures, activities and to connect with other people in their life. As it is easy and convenient to use, it becomes the most popular social networking service on the internet now.
Facebook has created and developed a new search engine project that is called “Facebook Graph Search”. The new project has been developed on Facebook users’ data. The results of itself are based on both the content of the each Facebook user, their friends’ profiles, and the relationships between them. This product is not only a tool for searching just Facebook users’ photos, but it can also help them to find more information that they want to know about their friends such as friends who like the Star Wars or the Harry Potter, music that their friends like, photos of their friends that were taken at national parks, restaurants in New York which their friends have been to, people who like cycling and live in Boston, etc.
Now some Facebook users are getting bored with the social network because everybody shares their daily-life activities too much. So the reason that people think Facebook is boring are they are always sharing their daily activities, such as eating, working, traveling, watching movies, sleeping or taking their photos (selfie) too much. It used to be fun, but today most people are sharing
