Facilitated Self Assessment Report
The purpose of a Facilitated Self-Assessment (FSA) is to assist process owners in self-assessing the adequacy of their control environment to mitigate risks. Participating in an FSA is beneficial for management to gain an understanding of the internal controls surrounding their processes, as well as how Group Risk & Audit (GR&A) will assess their controls in future audits. The FSA was directed by GR&A with the assistance from E&Y.
