INTRODUCTION
Academic success in high school is important, especially if a student is looking to continue his education. To understand why a student has earned the grades given to him, he/she must be aware of the biggest factors that affect high school grades. Some of the factors that affect the students to have low or failing grades are boredom, disassociation, poverty, health problems, depression, relationship with peers or problems with bullies, personal and emotional problems and involvement in many extracurricular activities can be damaging to a high school student’s grades. Students are also taking so much interest on learning how to play web games than reading their textbooks. These are the few of the conditions that affect the studying habit of students.
The researchers conducted this study because this is the main problem, especially by the junior students. High school life is one of the happiest stages in life. Students are having fun exploring for new things. Being a junior student is different from being a freshman and a sophomore who only focus on their studies, and they’re still adjusting because high school life is new for them. Being a junior student is also different from being a senior student, because in this stage, seniors are now focus on their studies so that they can pass and able to graduate from high school, unlike third year high school students, even though they get low grades, they are not worried because they believe that when they reach 4th year high

First of all, high school is the first step to a higher level of learning. The topics being taught in high school are generalized in basic math, science, English, Spanish, and many other subjects.
