I. NATURE AND BACKGROUND OF FIRM: * My Lifestyle was established in 2011 by VNN Plus Communications Company. My Lifestyle is a soft skills training center, specialized in professional training courses such as master of ceremonies, bartender, magic and vocal. * My Lifestyle has the famous and prestigious trainers (MC Van Anh, supermodel Thuy Hang, singer Viet Tu …) that always dedicated to students. The company provides practical experiences and great learning environment with classes, studio sets, sound systems, recording equipments match with international standards. * My Lifestyle also receives free consulting through forums, email, or in person at the center. In addition, My Lifestyle has its own categories on MyTV which are produced by the company itself.
II. ETHICAL ISSUES: * Since the very first days of establishment, My Lifestyle has indentified: ”Humans are the fundamental factor, dynamic and creativity are the driving force for development, customer satisfaction is the deciding factor.” * The company considers the human element is the foundation for the development of its culture. More specifically, they encourage youth, creative, dynamic and passionate at work, give the employees the greatest environment so that they can develop and completely feel appreciated. This is a long-term vision of My Lifestyle: it relies on the personal integrity of its workforce and aims to strengthen a particular set of values. * Although there are several rules, regulations that the company set out to achieve the accuracy and efficiency of the work, My Lifestyle is still considered to have the value-based culture.
