Thanksgiving is a holiday that many people look forward to celebrating every year. Even though most people have celebrated Thanksgiving their entire life, there are still some things that many people do not know about Thanksgiving. Below is some interesting facts about Thanksgiving:

Turkeys Can Actually Have Heart Attacks

Turkey is one of the Thanksgiving staple foods. In fact, it is estimated that 91 percent of people in America eat turkey during Thanksgiving. Many people would be surprised to find out that a turkey can actually have a heart attack. When the Air Force was flying test planes, the turkeys in the field dropped dead because the noise was too much for them to handle.
