Fairtrade helps the producers, the farmers and the workers in developing the countries to improve the quality of their lives. It promotes fairer trade conditions, helps producers to strengthen their position in world markets and combat poverty. More precisely, Fairtrade can gurantee a price that covers production and a living wage; No use of child labour; Few or no chemicals to protect workers and the environment ;Rights for women ;A social Premium. All across the UK, students and university and college staff are doing fabulous things to make their campuses more ethical.
