Introduction
The aim of this assignment is to illustrate some of the aspects of “personal development”.
According to Cambridge dictionary, “Personal development is the process of improving your skills and increasing the amount of experience that you have in your job”
This assignment will start with “Personal Development Planning Process”, its benefits and the processes involved in personal development planning process. Organisational purpose and direction will be briefly looked at in this assignment.
The assignment has been structured into four areas. Each of the area will look to answer four different questions related to the case study provided about the organisation named “Curzon Cinema”. After the completion of the four tasks, the assignment will look at what has been achieved by undertaking this assignment in the form of “Reflective Account”.
