Fall 2014 Fun in the Gym

Autism Services is pleased to offer you the term position of Fun in the Gym Worker.
The following details your employment with us:

1. Dates and times: Saturdays, Sept 27-Dec 6th, 2014 (8 weeks), 4:30-7:00pm No Program Oct 11, 18 and Nov 8th.

2. Orientation: Saturday, Sept 27, 4:00pm, Marian Gymnastics Location: Marian Gymnastics, 343 Edson Street

3. Compensation: You will be paid $12.00 per hour or a Provincial Minimum call-out of $30.00/session, whichever works in the employee’s favor. Such compensation shall be payable after all time sheets have been submitted on the designated dates below.

4. Supervisor and contact information: You will be supervised directly by Leigh Thorinson, the On Site Coordinator. We and the program participants depend on your attendance. If you cannot attend an evening session it is important that you contact your On-Site Coordinator so they can replace you. Leigh can be reached at 306-281-3385.

5. Attendance: We and the program participants depend on your attendance each program day. If you know you will be missing a program date please inform the Director of Family Programs in writing, a minimum of one week prior to the date you will be missing. If you cannot attend a session due to illness you must contact the on-site coordinator a MINIMUM of 4 hours prior to the program start and you must provide the Director of Family Programs with a sick note from a medical doctor the next available date that you are feeling well.
