This is, of course, if a tree is found laying on the forest ground. If one were able to cut down a tree for this shelter, the individual would perhaps not be seeking such a makeshift shelter and would be able to construct even a tiny home with the wood he would be able to chop. It is up to preference, of course, but a logical mindset is vital to the pursuit of survival. Anyway, the shelter is established by finding a fallen tree and using surround debris to prop up the sides of the shelter itself. The tree branches and leaves will serve as camouflage and cover against the intense weathering such as snow, hail, or rain.
