A group of students under UEL, BA (HONS) International Business from Stamford College Malacca have taken part to make some observations on service provided in A Famosa. Students evaluate what they have observed using walk through audit from A Famosa Resort Berhad based on information, satisfaction, experiences, facilities and ticketing. Majority visitors disagree that A Famosa provides sufficient information and gives satisfaction for the customer. Besides that, expected experience from customer is not really achievable. The three highest disagree frequency need to be highlighted that are information, satisfaction and experiences.
