Fan Fiction
Fan fiction rough draft Only seven years has passed, but everything seems different when the girls look back to their past. Meg’s daughter, Hayla, stole candy out of a jar that belonged to Justin. Justin was Jo’s only son and he was 5 years old. Hayla and Justin fought for the chocolate that Justin saved for over a year. It started by a kid fight but then it reached their mothers. Both Meg and Jo take it personally every time their children fight. They would fight with each other too and defend their children.
“ Why don’t you get Hayla chocolate instead of letting her go around snatching my babies’ food,” said Jo
“Why don’t you teach your kids to share with their cousins,” replied Meg
“Why should they? Why don’t their mother get them some!’
“ Who cares if my daughter steals chocolate? It’s nothing compared to stealing my other’s loved ones. John Brooke was always my love and we were meant to be, but you’re so nasty that you married him two days after we broke up”
Silence.
It was the first time for Meg to confess how upset she is at Jo for marrying John Brooke. 5 years has passed for Jo and John Brooke’s marriage, yet Meg still has feelings toward Mr. Brooke. The only reason she married Laurie was to make John Brooke jealous, but that didn’t work. He was already in love with Jo. Jo has two children, Sophie and Justin. Both sisters’ relationship wasn’t as good as before, but it was the first time Jo realizes how much hate and jealousy Meg has for her. Jo never realized that by marrying John Brooke she hurt her sister. 7 years ago, John Brooke and Meg were madly in love until they fought a silly fight that made them break up forever. He then loved her sister Jo and they got married two years later. Mr. March loved John Brooke so much that he accepted him to marry Jo even though he broke up with Meg. Beth doesn’t want to get married. She still didn’t get over he sister’s death, Amy. She always says that it’s her fault that Amy died. Seven years ago,

When Anna and Keith, her boyfriend, asked her parents if she could get married, Jane certainly thought it was going Anna’s wedding. The truth was that it was not Anna’s wedding because it was actually a wedding for Jane that Wilson should have given Jane a long time ago. It was part of Wilson’s plan all along. He planned this event for about a year. Anna and Jane went to all sorts of stores and shop looking for items, decorations, the perfect wedding dress, and gowns for the bridesmaids. When everything appeared to be Anna’s indecisiveness over wedding details, the reality was that it was Anna’s plan for Jane to pick out what she wanted. Wilson came up with idea of having the wedding at Noah’s house in the garden. He hired plenty of workers to help him tender the garden, and clean the inside and outside of Noah’s house in a couple of days. During the preparations for the wedding, Jane had thought that getting the best photographers, musicians, and caterers was just a coincidence that they had cancellations the exact weekend of the wedding, but truth be told that it was a part of Wilson’s plan to make Jane surprised on getting her dream wedding, since when Wilson and Jane first got married, then were married in the court house. When Jane saw Anna not wearing her wedding dress, she was terribly confused (“Wedding, The” 337). After Anna said, “This was…

Spark’s is a talented writer, there is no doubt about that. He uses great descriptive writing to really help paint what he envisions while writing for the reader to see it just as he does. For example, the way he describes all characters, and the scenery around them. The story’s main character is a girl named Katie. The story starts off with Katie coming to a small town in North Carolina called Southport. There she has a little, old abandoned cottage. She is recluse and starts working at a restaurant named Ivan’s. She meets another main character named Alex and his two kids Josh and Kristin at the local grocery store that Alex owns. Alex and Katie form a friendship that eventually leads to a romantic relationship (what a big shocker there). Jo, a semi main character but mostly a minor character and is Katie’s only friend and neighbor. Sparks described Katie as having brown hair and being frail, thin to the bone. He kept up the mystery of her past from the beginning with her moving to a small town clearly looking to get away from her past. She has little to no money, clearly demonstrated when she would go to the grocery store and try to find the cheapest food items as possible. Sparks throws in a lot of allusion and flashbacks within chapters 17 to 21. Katie reveals to Jo that she was married to a detective named Kevin. She told Jo that Kevin became and alcoholic and would abuse her. She left hoping Kevin would never find her ever again. Within chapters 17 to 21,…
