Sometimes, simply calling your favorite store and asking over the phone about the next sales event can gain you some information. Also, famous sale events of the year, such as Labour Day Weekend, Boxing Day and of course, the ever popular ‘Black Friday’ after Thanksgiving , hundreds of stores put most if not all of their stocked items at a lowered price; not just clothing, but electronics, appliances, furniture and toys, amongst these. I'd like to say that I have always been interested in Women's and Gender studies, that since an early age that my superiors had encouraged me to explore those aspects of my personality and to be open to others variations in gender, sexuality, and so forth. The truth is that for most of my life my parents had sheltered me from those realities of the world, and it wasn't until I started high school that I discovered facets of gender, sexuality, and injustice to which I had not been previously exposed. As I increased my online presence in those years, I began to discover the reality of gender and racial inequality, the LGBTQIA+ community, and other—often controversial—social institutions.…

Picking out the perfect outfit can sometimes feel like you are making a life altering decision. Should I wear that top with those pants with those shoes? Well I am here to inform you of some fashion rules to “dress to impress”. Just keep in mind that when picking an outfit, it’s all about you. It’s your style, your personality, your uniqueness. There are only a few basic rules to fashion that will forever change the way you dress. First start off with a central piece of your outfit. The central piece is the unique item your outfit will be based around and it can be anything. The only rule about the central piece is it must be something you really, really like! Next, build around your central piece. Take a look around your closet. Is there anything that will compliment your central piece? Does that teal top look amazing with those grey pants? Lastly, accessorize. This is my favorite step, being the fashionista that I am. Whether you choose the perfect necklace or a stunning shoe, accessories make or break an outfit. You’re now probably wondering, “How do I know if what I have picked works?” If you like it and you feel amazing in it, than it works. What I like to do is if I have an amazing shoe that I am dying to wear, I build my outfit around that. I could go into pattern and colors rules but that would probably take up the whole class time because there is just so much you can do when it comes to putting an outfit together.…
