Fast Food & Obesity who’s to blame?
According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) Approximately
129.6 million Americans, or 64 percent, are overweight or obese, In 2000,
400,000 - one in 700 Americans - deaths were related to eating badly and physical inactivity".
Fast food is both easily accessible and cheap which influences higher rates of people towards eating it, Widening America 's obesity rate and diseases that come with it. Healthier foods are less protonate in lower income areas and can be looked at to cost more, but helps to better people 's lives. While Fast foods are influencing the high numbers of people at risk of obesity, I feel as consumers we still can say no and choose healthily.Carmona, Vice Admiral Richard H.,

The rise of obesity in America is contributed, to the rising number of Americans that choose to eat out and choose unhealthy fast-food. Instead of staying home and eating a proper meal, notwithstanding The number of fast food restaurants. It
is estimated by the United States Healthful food Council “The average
American buys a meal or snack from a restaurant 5.8 times a week”.
