Specific purpose: to inform the audience about spiritual flagging
Central idea: Spiritual flagging brings many emotions, but cost and places to flag are also a consideration.
Introduction
I. Ecclesiastes 3:4 says "There is a time to cry, and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance." A. While doing my past time, sometimes I do cry, laugh, grieve, and dance.
II. My favorite past time is spiritual flagging.
III. Have any of you ever seen spiritual flagging or flagged yourself? A. Flagging is exciting experience everyone can enjoy.
B. I’m sure everyone here as seen the half-time show with the guard girls and their flags. Spiritual flagging is similar, but it is done at church with a different meaning. C. Do you enjoy praising the Lord? D. Do you enjoy meeting new people? E. If you do, then spiritual flagging is something you would enjoy.
IV. I have been flagging for about 3 years. A. I have flagged at church camp two years in a row. B. I have also flagged at many other churches.
V. Today I am going to tell you about the places, cost, and emotions of spiritual flagging.

II. Even though flags are done at many places, like any other things people enjoy, they cost money. A. Although it is free for me to flag at my church, someone still has to buy the materials to make the flags. B. The material, depending on the fabric can range from $2.00-$5.00 a yard. B. Traveling to different places to flag and to see people flag also cost.
