The federal judiciary’s decisions become law, but they are also created and set up by Congress. These checks and balances keep our government stable and in control to this day, and the ability to become tyrannical is near impossible. Our government has not overcome the fears and concerns of the Anti-Federalists regarding government tyranny because of our Bill of Rights as well. The Bill of Rights was created after the creation of the Constitution, and was made to state our rights and freedoms as Americans. These rights are also called the first ten amendments of the United States. These amendments include freedoms such as freedom of speech, right to bear arms, and the right to a fair trial. Ideas like this were unheard of when the Colonies were under British Rule and creating the Bill of Rights was completely framed off of the things the British did to them. These Bill of Rights are still in effect today and our Amendments keep evolving as we discover more about this country's beliefs. To this day, any unconstitutional acts that happen from the government gets attacked immediately by the US citizens as it is their right to be treated
