Introduction
During one of the most popular today is the computer shop business. Nowadays, internet cafes are really in demand because of the fast changing technology that the people embraced just like here in the Philippines, given for its many services such as making research over the net, preparing their assignments and paper works, printing of files, playing game and etc. Building a computer shop is not as simple as you expect. Of course you should have enough or rather as much as you had capital in building a computer shop. Except money, there is a lot of thing you should consider in building a computer shop. You need a help of a contractor to facilitate you in building your shop, you should prioritize the safety precautions of your units to avoid unnecessary expenses.

History of the Business
The 9-Twelve Cyber-café was built on May 15, 2009 by Mr. Emil Bautista. It is located in Calumpang, Marikina City and an area of 15 square meters. The whole space is owned by Mr. Bautista and the shop was located on the ground floor and at the first floor is the house of the owner. Beside the computer shop is a restaurant but it was closed and until now, the owner planning to renovate it as a computer shops also.

Ambiance
The internet café is not too dark or too bright for its color, the owner wants the shop more encouraging to work and play. The computer tables have a board between users for privacy purposes.

Overview of the business
9-Twelve Cyber-café is having twelve units of computer including the server, two ceiling fan, one wall fan and an exhaust fan. They use Windows XP for their operating system and Globe Broadband for the internet connection.

The rent of the computer is fifteen pesos (P15.00) per hour and an additional discount for the exceeding hours. The internet café is open from Monday to Sunday 8:00 am to 3:00 am. The total operating hours per week is 133 hours.

Long Range Objectives of the Project
The 9-Twelve Cyber-café looks forward to be the most competitive shop in Calumpang and nearby barangays in Marikina. The owner dreams of making profit and staying long in the business. * To return back the capital invested by the owner and earns more profit at less investment. * To provide satisfaction to the customer by providing them best quality services at affordable price. * The creation of a comfortable and casual environment that will bring the customer to enjoyment while renting and will continued patronage to the internet cafe.

Market Strategies
To go through the target market, different marketing strategies and promotions will be considered. Games and services offered will be displayed on the store window. Offer promo’s is to attract the consumer cheaper rate for computer rental and membership card. Putting of tarpaulin on the place where the internet shop is standing.
Service Description 9-Twelve Cyber-café will provides its customers with full access to the Internet and common computer software and hardware. Some of the Internet and Computing services available in 9-Twelve are listed:
One of the most considerations of the customer that enhance them to rent computers, if the price is lower they will rent.
