Open Table Restaurant is a type of restaurant which is prepared and served quickly at outlets called fast-food. It is a multi-billion dollar industry which continues to grow rapidly in many countries. An Open Table Restaurant is a restaurant characterized both by food which is supplied quickly after ordering, and by minimal service. There are also simpler fast-food outlets, such as stands or kiosks, which may or may not provide shelter or chairs for customers. Because the capital requirements to start a fast-food restaurant are relatively small, particularly in areas with non-existent or medium income population, small individually-owned restaurants have become common throughout many countries. Generally restaurants, where the customers sit down and have their food orders brought to them, are also considered as open restaurant.

Starting a new business can be complicated and confusing—even for experienced entrepreneurs and business personnel. We are still learning and working through the maze of financial requirements and the multitude of other hurdles that must be met to make a business operational is a formidable challenge, especially for those with minimal prior business experience is quite difficult. We all have had meals in a variety of restaurants. The level of service provided, location, range of menu prices, and selection all add unique dimensions to a restaurant. Restaurants typically have limited menus, serve food prepared quickly for eat-in or takeout dining, and often offer drive-up service at a relatively inexpensive price. Restaurants play an especially important role in many small communities. In addition to providing a place to obtain food service, these establishments can be a focal point to facilitate an exchange of ideas and an opportunity to build social capital.
