Your disclosure statement provides information about your student loan. It is important to keep all correspondence in a safe location for future reference. Your disclosure statement will be available for you to retrieve for a limited time. Therefore, we encourage you to take the time now to retrieve your copy.
If you have questions regarding the next steps in the processing of your loan, when the loan will be disbursed (paid out), or no longer wish to receive the loan, contact your school.
After the first disbursement of your loan has been made, your loan will be assigned to a loan servicer. Your loan servicer will contact you and provide their name and contact information. Your servicer will service, answer questions about and process payments on your loan.
