Our team was assign to make one research due to assignment for Research and methodology study for final semester. Our team decides to choose for the study of factor that influencing people to live in FELDA. As the topic is related to our case study, making research for FELDA benefit’s actually very helpfully in the future. As the research will collect and show specifically the domain and information of Jengka.
Our objective choose this topic because want to find and know the problem what happened in the life of Jengka and differences between the standard of life within in the Jengka. The purpose is to knowing the goodness even still in Jengka that also can make our standard of living satisfaction.
Bandar Pusat Jengka or Jengka Town Centre is a main town in Pahang, Malaysia. Bandar Pusat Jengka is the centre of the Jengka Triangle which is known as FELDA Jengka. The Jengka Triangle in Malay call Segitiga Jengka, which is the largest FELDA settlement in Malaysia, is one of the successful Malaysian government 's project to eradicate poverty among its citizen.
Settlers of the Federal Land and Development Authority (FELDA) living in the Jengka Region have expressed their appreciation to the agency for allocating RM84 million to set up a housing loan scheme. Called the FELDA House Repairing and Enlargement Loan Scheme, it was set up with the purpose of assisting settlers to renovate, repair and enlarge their houses so that they can live comfortably as a result of the increase in the number of family members. According to YB Wan Salman Wan Ismail, State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Jengka, a total of 2,719 settlers in the Jengka Region are qualified to apply for the loan and priority will be given to those who have not done any renovation to their original houses.
YB Wan Salman further added that they will be given a loan of RM40, 000.00 and payment will be deducted from the sale of their plantation products. Potential applicants are advised to
