RE: INSPECTION of METERING INSTALLATION with SIN 208 361 401.
Dear Sir/Madam:
I write to you to ask for a re-evaluation or re-investigation on the incident which happened last JANUARY 31, 2009.
Apparently, your inspection of our meeting installation yielded the finding that there exists a 2-LINE JUMPER.
It is saddening to note that I am not aware of the existence of such jumper, if I was, I would have not consented freely on the inspection of your personnel, but good faith dictates the since I am not hiding anything, I allowed such entry.
I am paying an average of P5,000.00 to P7,000.00 a month for our Meralco bill, that was why I was surprised that there existed a jumper, particularly where our aircon was installed.
While I do not question the finding of a jumper, I would like to request your good office to re-investigate or re-evaluate such finding. The jumper was found inside my bedroom where the only appliance which ran when the legal installation was turned off was only a single aircon.
To bill me of P725,683.55 for the loading of various appliances which run from a legitimate connection is really alarming and agonizing on my part. I do not even have money to pay for that.
I am very much willing to answer for my obligation on staggered basis because I can’t pay in full for I have several mouths to feed and souls to educate. However, please consider that the only appliance which run from a jumper connection is an aircon unit which was installed two (2) years ago from the day of inspection and I pray that you will just bill me for that.
