With this goal of safety on our minds, I believe the bottom line of the emphasis on safety could be considered to be the training that each of us receives in our first weeks on the job as well as the training provided on a regular basis throughout each year of our employment with M-Global, so that we are always aware of how to operate in a safe manner. The training vehicle gives the company the mechanism to provide each of you with the means to become aware of the elements of safety that relate to the specific needs and requirements of your own particular job. Therefore, at this time I have come to the conclusion in the process of the new corporate emphasis on safety to our particular branch that we need to give much greater scrutiny and analysis to the way we can prevent accidents and emphasize the concern of safety at every stage of our operation for every employee. Toward this end, I have asked the training coordinator, Kendra Jones, to assemble a written training program that will involve all employees which will be implemented beginning no later than June of this year. When the plan has been written and approved at the various levels within the office, I will conduct a meeting with every department in order to discuss all details of the safety program.…

British had tight control over a lot of different things like the people, money, trade, war and more. They made their people pay taxes on things they shouldn’t have been taxed, along with this the higher powers of Britain controlled everything and didn’t care who it affected. Parliament put taxes on many different things, Britain went into a large amount of debt. The people of Great Britain were the ones that had to pay for the debt, they paid it because of these taxes that got put on items that everyone needed. While Sweden is filed with many different types of inventions I believe that one invention stands out above all the others. I believe that Sweden’s most important contribution to the word is the invention of dynamite. Dynamite is used so much that it is a house hold name, and without dynamite many of the places we visit or roads we use would not be possible. Also without many of the things that dynamite has contributed to the cultures of our world would not have been able to blend as they have.…

Person Centered Counseling was created by Carl Rogers. This type of counseling deals with the ways in which people perceive themselves consciously rather than having a counselor try to interpret unconscious thoughts or ideas. There are many different components and tools used in person-centered counseling, including active listening and paraphrasing, and more. The real point is that the client already has the answers to the problems and the job of the counselor is to listen without making any judgments, without giving advice, and simply help the client feel accepted and understand their own feelings. The therapist creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which the client is encouraged to reach full potential. It differs from such theories such as Freud’s theory of psychoanalysis. In his theory of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud sought to explain how the unconscious mind operates by proposing that it has a particular structure. He proposed that the self was divided into three parts: the Ego, the Superego and the Id. Each refers to an aspect of peoples functioning.…

The idea and practice of religion is something which historically and essentially has always been part of man. While religions differ and express many similarities across the centuries there has always been and continues to be relevance for it in the hearts of men. For our purposes of travel discussion, there will be no talk of doctrine and dogma here. Rather today’s blog topic seeks as always to discuss the forms and facets travel takes in our lives, in our countries and in our world. Since religion is an element which is arguably predominantly prevalent in man, it makes sense to examine it as a crucial part of who we are. It is not presumptuous to believe that it can impact our travel decisions and it is at least interesting to discern how it has influenced and been influenced by travel and tourism.…
