The Company will be operating in 6 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar)
There will be a 5 story building in HQ (Malaysia), Singapore and Indonesia * 1st floor for Administration Department * 2nd floor for Human Resource Department * 3rd floor for Marketing Department * 4th floor for IT Department * 5th floor for Main Office (Manager, CEO)
Server room will be located at the 5th floor
There will be * 30 PCs at Administration Department * 20 PCs at Human Resource Department * 30 PCs at marketing Department * 30 PCs at IT Department * 10 PCs at Main Office
There will be a 2 story building in Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand * 1st floor for Administration Department, Human Resource Department and Marketing Department * 2nd floor for IT Department and Main Office
There will be * 10 PCs at Administration Department * 10 PCs at Human Resource Department * 10 PCs at marketing Department * 5 PCs at IT Department * 5 PCs at Main Office
Server room will be located at the 2nd floor
Each branch will have a storage room for any backup hardware
Problem Identification
There is no network connectivity
There isn’t any connection among the branches, so all the branches can’t share any information. So we need to design a new LAN and WAN connection for the company and all the branches.
All the staffs have no experience in IT field
None of the staffs will be able to use all the IT equipment which is installed at the offices, so we give
