Film Analysis: The Revenant

During the 17th and 18th in France and England, the rule of the fur almost diappear and the shops of fur always be popular. However, most of the un wealthy still can not afford the fur. After 1870, the fur trade was not a major industry anymore, instead, fur farm became to be popular. 85% of the fur we use right now is from fur farm. Alice Menro wrote about a silver foxs farm in her short novel Boys and Girls. In the movie The Revenant, is talking about a story of a fur trader and his hunters. In the movie, the trader from France use the firearms and horses to trade fur with Indians. However, because of the fur farms, the trade with Indians was not as popular as before.
