Abstract
This report aims to target different elements based on a student’s personal experience from the first year by the carefully analysis, comparing and contrasting of personal learning techniques and skills.
Through the use of Venn diagram, there will be a focus among the differences and similarities between the Placement Opportunity Skills for Bosch Car company and current Enterprise Skills and also establish a difference between the Personal Enterprise Skills and an entrepreneurial mind-set. A focus will be set on my current skills, my limitations, and what can I do to improve. This report will also emphasise on my current choice of placement and how entrepreneurial mindset is crucial when it comes to success.

What is Development Planning?
Personal Development Planning is defined as a structural supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning, performance and/ or achieving and to plan for their personal and business
