final year project
ABSTRACT
In this project the researcher has developed an integrated wireless SCADA system for controlling, monitoring, measuring and accessing the performance of remotely situated device parameter such as temperature, humidity Light, LPG gas and DC motor on real time basis. The purpose of this project was to clarify the possibilities for data validation in the SCADA system. The emphasis of this project was clarify theoretically basic validation routines that is in use but also other possibilities what could be implemented to the SCADA. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system was being used in industries to control easily and simply. This project investigates on creating an extremely low cost device which can be adapted to many different SCADA applications via some very basic programming, and plugging in the relevant peripherals. Much of the price in some expensive SCADA applications is a result of using specialized communication infrastructure. The application of infrastructure, in the proposed scheme the cost will come down. Additionally the generic nature of the device will be assured.
Keywords: - SCADA System, Control Unit, Remote monitoring system, Microcontroller.

CHAPTER 1
1.1 INTRODUCTION
SCADA is not a specific technology, but a type of application . SCADA stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition – any application that gets data about a system in order to control that system is a SCADA application.
A SCADA application has two elements:
The process/system/machinery to monitor a control — this can be a power plant, a water system , a network , a system of traffic lights ,or anything else. A network of intelligent devices that interfaces with the first system through sensors and control outputs . This network , which is the SCADA system , gives the ability to measure and control specific elements of the first system .

My Name is Brittany Larkin and for my senior project I have chosen to do How Music Impacts Drugs on My Community. My motivation for this project is that today’s society has changed over the years, and more and more I see not only some of my fellow classmates, and my friends, but my family members’ usage of drugs impact over the years. One day I’m walking home from school and a group of young boys about my little brothers age so I say about 11-12 years old smoking and rapping “ I said wait hold up please let me roll up” and thinking to myself did that music make them want to smoke drugs or was it the drugs that decided the type of music they listened to. More and more new songs about drugs have come out come out for example the molly dance, and I myself have noticed ever since the song has been released more and more people find it fascinating to want to do a “Molly” because it seemed cool and the rappers. People they look up to have tried it or claimed they tried it. I think it’s not just rap music though that impacts drugs; I think every genre has a different impact on drugs. That’s another reason why I chose this particular project to see if it’s just rap music, and if indeed it is I want to know what are the different solutions we can take to change this. Maybe less drugs and more successful things in music like staying in…
