Finance for Non-Financial Personnel will help participants to understand financial concepts and the terminology used. It will enable them to translate financial reports, write and understand budgets and use the information to help improve their success as a manager.
The finance course covers the core financial statements and provides important experience and practical examples in the following areas: * An Introduction to Finance Basics * Understanding Financial Terms * Walk through Financial Statements (Profit & Loss Statement, The Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement) * Difference between Cash and Accrual Accounting * How to perform Breakeven Analysis * Concepts of Budgeting and how to prepare and monitor a Budget
